About the Book

Thane, the Masai wants to be a warrior more than anything. The men in the village make fun of him because he is too young. Will his dream to slay a lion come true? It’s a Masai custom that whoever slays a lion becomes a warrior. It’s the highest honor in the village. Will Thane do it? Can he slay a lion? This story is about bravery, courage and believing in yourself.

About the Author

It is my pleasure to introduce myself to you. My passion is writing children‘s stories as I put my heart and soul into each and every one. Many of my stories have good messages for kids. I enjoy going into classrooms where I tell my stories with props, riddles, songs and puppets. I have written 51 children’s stories which I share with kids of all ages. I live in Bailey, Colorado with my husband Tom of 48 years, my dog Murphy and other various mountain critters.
