About the Author

Eisa’ Jesus G. Pedines Jr. is an ordinary Filipino citizen from a poor family, completed his college degree on Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Manuel L. Quezon University on 2001. The author worked as helper electrician in the Philippines for few months after graduation and was eventually promoted as safety officer when his employee noticed that he has single safety training taken during college. That opportunity leads him to be a full-time safety officer since then and enjoys himself being a safety practitioner. During those days the author has the determination to fulfill his goal by always praying and maintaining his persistence on developing his skill and knowledge on his chosen field. The author possesses the combined strong desire and faith, determination, and positive action since then without knowing yet the advantage of those characteristic. On 2003 the author’s prayers have been answered once again, and he grabbed the opportunity to work abroad as fire safety officer and began to climb the corporate ladder on 2007, when he got an opportunity to work with the biggest oil company in the world, the Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia, as safety advisor. After a year of vacation on mid of 2013 up to last quarter of 2014, the author once again joined the Saudi Aramco Project Management Team as safety field compliance coordinator for King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture Project Department (KACWCPD) in Saudi Arabia.
