About the Book

A young boy with many dreams and an old man with nothing left are brought together to build a relationship with beautiful northern Michigan as the backdrop to their lives. Tragedy in both their lives is overcome by their love for each other and their love of nature. Even though there was not much time to spend together, they taught each other the importance of living each day to the fullest while respecting everything and everyone.

About the Author

Greg Klein grew up in wonderful northern Michigan. His childhood was filled with magical memories of lakes, beautiful country, friendly people, and a loving family. After many years away, he is now back in the area he loves. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Debbie, and, of course, with dogs.
