Experience is the best teacher, and when you have had a bad experience, the truth can be healing. This book is an attempt to discover the truth and find the answers to the many problems within healthcare and social care in modern Britain. The time has come to start a new conversation about society and medicine. Millions of UK citizens are suffering with health problems, and we need to find a new solution because there are increasing numbers of individuals who cannot tolerate the detrimental effects of synthetic prescription drugs. The reality is, we need more compassion and less control.

About the Author

I am a musician, composer, poetry writer, truth seeker, writer, and student of the mystic arts including earth energies, shamanism, meditation, and tai chi. My childhood was spent exploring the New Forest and I have a passion for the environment and natural medicine. We need to reconnect with the higher self and cosmic energy, which is part of ancient wisdom and mysticism. I spent a year living in Gambia studying music and culture and after 23 years of learning and performing African percussion and drumming, I have discovered that there is a deep rooted connection between music and medicine.
