About the Author

Darlene Anita Moore is a pastor, writer, and artist. Moore is a 1982 Mandeville High School graduate, Mandeville, Louisiana. She is a 1986 Dillard University graduate, New Orleans, Louisiana, with BA in Urban Studies and Public Policy. She is a 1990 graduate of the Interdenominational Theological Center-Gammon Theological Seminary in Atlanta, Georgia, with a Master of Divinity with a Concentration in Christian Education. She is an Elder in the United Methodist Church. Moore is a Prayer Warrior. She is the wife of Brick McFall. She is the daughter of the late Charles Clinton Moore and the late Dolores Ada Poole Moore. She has one deceased son, Joshua James II, and three grandchildren. She loves to travel, write, paint, walk, read and take pictures. She has been to the Holy Land three times and Africa four times. Moore’s favorite saying is “Showers of Blessing”.
