Dr. Chris Ehiobuche serves as an Assistant Professor specializing in Business Studies, Management, Healthcare Administration, and Leadership at Stockton University in Atlantic City, New Jersey. With a distinguished background as a co-founder and former Chief Operating Officer of Faith Family Healthcare, he has emerged as a prominent advocate for Patient Centeredness in healthcare delivery. Dr. Ehiobuche's scholarly contributions extend beyond the classroom, evidenced by his prolific publication record comprising numerous journal articles exploring the future landscape of the U.S. healthcare system. His recent research endeavors have been dedicated to examining sustainable business practices within the healthcare sector, aimed at safeguarding the longevity of independent medical practices. He ardently believes that effective leadership and entrepreneurial acumen are indispensable for healthcare providers striving to sustain their operations in an evolving industry. Dr. Ampadu-Nyarkoh holds a Bachelor’s, Master of Business Administration, and a Ph.D. degree from Rutgers University. His research has investigated international technology transfer by subsidiaries of multinational corporations with special emphasis on the pharmaceutical industry. His published journal articles are focused on corporate strategy in international business. His recent research is focused on the relationship between healthcare and the activities of multinational corporations’ technology development in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Ampadu-Nyarkoh believes that “Innovative Leadership” is required in both healthcare management and the pharmaceutical industry to improve service delivery.
