About the Author

Tammy “Wildflower” Meadows is a child of God. She is a freelance photographer, CEO/founder of a nonprofit, an entrepreneur, a first-time author, and a BLESSED Breast Cancer Survivor. This children’s book reflects her early childhood. She was born in the state of North Carolina, in a little town called Belgrade. She’s a country girl at heart. She spent the formidable years of her life with her grandparents. Her grandmother was very protective and instilled in her a strong religious background. The impact of the church was evident as it was often demonstrated through emulation of those she observed during service. She, her cousin, and friends would regularly play church. The adults viewed this reenactment of praise as a form of flattery and a positive choice of action.
