About the Author
Tiffany Field, PhD is a research professor at the Miller/University of Miami School of Medicine and faculty member at Fielding Graduate University. She is recipient of the American Psychological Association Distinguished Young Scientist Award, has had a Research Scientist Award from NIH for her research career and was given the Golden Goose Award for innovative research from the U.S. Congress and the American Academy of Sciences. She is the author of Infancy, The Amazing Infant, Touch, Advances in Touch, Touch Therapy, Massage Therapy Research, Complementary and Alternative Therapies, Children A to Z, Adolescents A to Z, Heartbreak, Love Lost, Touched by Friends, Adolescent Problems, COVID Stressors for Youth, Late Life, the editor of several volumes on infants and on stress and coping and the senior author of over 500 journal papers.
