People are worthwhile, valuable; only some of us don’t know that yet. This book is meant to be a catalyst to look within rather than to continue blaming the externals. We are all Psychologists, a person who studies the mind.

Lets study our own mind; it is that part that must be nurtured. That part where true harmony, peace, prosperity, health and joy stems from, our way of thinking, our Spiritual nature. You and only you can release it.

This is what this book is about, overcoming the pre-conditioned self. You have the Power to do that.

About the Author

G. Peter Duffy is an internationally Certified Addiction Professional. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Adelphi University in New York. For the previous twenty-five years he has been a motivational lecturer in jails and institutions. He is a Faculty member in good standing in the Academy of Alcohol Studies of the State of New York as an Ethical Trainer. He retired his New York State credentials as a Substance Abuse Counselor in September of 2000. He is currently a Certified Addiction Professional in the State of Florida. He is Founder and President of Discovery Village, Incorporated, a Spiritually oriented Center based in Florida.
