About the Book
Chuck Fager has been a writer and reporter most of his adult life. Coming of age in the turbulent Sixties, he marched with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in Alabama, and for peace in Vietnam and elsewhere. As a reporter he has covered crime, politics, and religion, among other things, from one end of America to the other. Among his many books are Selma 1965: The March That Changed the South, a second mystery novel, and numerous short stories. He has also written The Magic Quilts, a full-length fantasy for young readers. The father of four children and grandfather of one, he now lives in Central Pennsylvania, where he teaches English and continues to write.
