About the Book
In this work of urban fantasy, the supernatural will intrude upon the lives of Jules McLaughlin, his seven year old son, and his live-in girl friend. Into the life of this family stumbles a disgusting wino who proves to be as handsome as a movie star, once he’s been cleaned up. The wino calls himself Brother Troll, and he is searching for Brother Job, a Benedictine Monk cloistered in a Los Angeles monastery. Brother Troll needs Jules help in staying sober and in reaching Brother Job. But Brother Troll is not a safe house guest. He seems to be a magnet for monsters and motorcycle gangs sent by powers older than human history.
