An aging Prize Fighter makes a deal with the Devil to sell his soul for another shot at the Light Heavyweight Title ... only this time a guaranteed win! The Fighter buys out an old boxing gym for a day and locks all the doors. Believing he is alone, he waits for the Devil to close out the deal. But, he is not alone.
