About the Author

Konstandinos Sakkas has been a Chef for over 30 years. He started his career in the 1970’s in Jasper, Alberta, Canada, were he studied under Master Chef Jim DeRosa. Chef Gus' expertise, passion and gift for designing dishes have landed him positions in some of the finest hotels and restaurants all over the world. His love for good and healthy cooking has won him awards and has put his name in newspapers and periodicals. Mr. Gus as all his peers, co-workers and friends now affectionally call him was born in Katouna, Greece and is married to Nausika Sakkas. Their 3 grandchildren enjoy grandpas cooking.
