About the Book

Your Legacy was written as a first of a series of children’s books that will also follow with activity books, in order to encourage children to be active in developing an understanding of their culture, their family history, as well as begin to provide a path of positive encouragement throughout their journey, building their own legacy. “Our legacy is the impact you make on other people and your legacy will always be the key to strong and long lasting relationships.” “A Legacy , is how you will be remembered and can be something received from your ancestors. It is something from your past and something to build for your present life”.

About the Author

Monica Dunnagan, is the author of Your Legacy, a book written in order to help children as well as parents and grandparents embrace their culture while learning from their past and developing their future. The author has found her home in Tennessee, but came from a small town in Mississippi. Writing has become a way to relax while she travels to various states working as a Consultant. Through my work as a Consultant I work with various organizations to develop programs that will improve Leadership skills and encourage an increase in communication levels. It is my goal to be able to encourage involvement and growth in the family, community, as well as in various organizations. The author has worked in programs that encourage positive self-esteem, Drug & Alcohol Prevention and Intervention, Self- Defense, Coaching & Counseling and currently holds a Master’s Degree of Psychology Public Administration, while pursuing her Doctorate Degree.
