In 1943, a happy, out-going five-year-old boy became confined to his bed due to an extended life-threatening illness. Both the illness and the resulting treatment destroyed that little boy's self-confidence and self-esteem, leaving a timid introvert in his place. Little Boy Found is the engaging, moving and often amusing story of the adult man's successful search for the self-confidence and self esteem of that cheerful little five-year-old. The search took most of a lifetime, and was well worth the effort. This book is unusual in that its 400-plus pages are liberally laced with useful, helpful observations based on lessons the author learned along the way.
