About the Author

Dr. Charles J. White has spent twenty-two years in the Navy, operating alongside Special Operations personnel. Two years of combat in Vietnam. After retiring from the Navy, he became a Deputy Sheriff for the Orange County Florida Sheriff Department, retiring from that occupation after spending twelve- and one-half years. During his time in the Navy, he held one of the most sensitive security clearances provided during my time in the submarine service.
