About the Author

FARIDAT ARINOLA AUDU was born in the city Lagos in Nigeria in 1971.The first twenty years of my life were spent in Nigeria, after which I moved to Cote D´ Ivoire, a French speaking country in the western part of Africa. Coming from an English background and, starting all over as a university student in a French speaking environment was really challenging. I graduated with Diplome Pratique de la Langue Française, Diplome Université d´Etude Française, from Centre Universtié d´Etude Française, and a BA degree in English Language, from Université de Cocody, Abidjan in Cote D´ Ivoire. Due to the nature of my husband´s job, I have leaved in six different countries with my husband and my dear boys. Including Canada, where we are fully settled now. I am in the process of completing The Professional Children´s Writing Program from Ashworth College USA.
