About the Author

Janet Porter Wolfinger lives in Lorton, Virginia. She worked for the federal government for almost fifty years and is now retired. She loves spending time with her four grandchildren, traveling, and having social times with her friends. Alexander M. Jones (Alex) lives near his grandmother in Lorton, Virginia. He is a high school student at Howard Gardner School in Alexandria, Virginia. Alex enjoys music, playing goalie for ice and roller hockey, soccer, basketball, and video games. He is also an avid Washington Capitals fan.
