About the Author

PATTON WOODS holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy.He had approximately two years of college credit in electrical engineering before changing to pharmacy. Space exploration and astronomy are his other chief interests. Patton Woods was attached to the radio laboratory at Pearl Harbor during World War II. He worked on naval radio transmitters, receivers, and sonar equipment at Pearl Harbor. Shortly, after World War II, he became informed of upcoming advancements in electronics from “bull sessions” during coffee breaks with senior officer engineers.
