About the Author

Tim Hibsman is a communications professor in Southern California. He has taught at several campuses including: Marymount College, Rio Hondo Community College, El Camino College, and National University. Tim has always been fascinated with the sea. He is an avid sailor and scuba diver. After many trips to the Caribbean he has discovered that not every vacation is an enjoyable experience. However, there is humor in one’s misery.
