About the Book

When the young, enchantingly beautiful innocent, Stephanie inherited the estate of Warfield, a massive fortune in land and assets and the Gothic mansion thereon, she had no idea what would lie in store for her midst the magnificent splendor of Oregons dense virgin forests of lush spruce, fir, pine and redwood.

She did not know that she would be found frightened and alone in the sinfully handsome Black Eagles animal trap and that he would seek to forever capture her heart and soul in this genuinely moving love story.

Indeed different from the fashionable city life of Boston, Stephanie soon fell deeply in love with this new land and the one man whom was thrillingly different from any she had ever met regardless of the scandel and shame it would cause among her relatives back in proper Boston.

We then follow the tormented friendship of the proud Indian and the gorgeous young heiress of glittering auburn curls, a goddess in the eyes of Black Eagle and now, his tribe. The two in the end after many trials, once again find one another, marry and consummate their undying love in the form of another cherished being created from their union. Never was there a love nor story like theirs.

About the Author

I was born in a tiny, little Midwestern town called Greenfield, Indiana. Upon graduating high school, I spent time in both Florida and California and will always have a soft spot in my heart for both. My one true love of thirty years is my husband. Beside him, a Hungarian viszla named Tucker and my Siamese, Possum, are my two best friends. I now live on a wilderness area of a lake in rural Maine. I love the change of seasons in New England where I snowmobile, ride my Harley or go to the beach. But my passion is writing.
