About the Author
Peter Miles, born in Sussex, England 22/09/1928, migrated with his family to Southern Africa in 1946, graduated at Rhodes University with an honours degree in entomology in 1950; after working as an agricultural entomologist, obtained a doctorate of insect biochemistry and physiology at Cambridge University, England; migrated to Australia as lecturer, later associate professor of entomology at Adelaide University, South Australia; has had published ninety-eight scientific works. Since retiring, he has turned to writing fiction, including sci-fi fantasy Nandroth, a collection of short stories, Eye of the Beholder, and a fairy story for adults, Swan Prince.
