Sure it’s serious business to talk about the constitution. But it can also be fun. We can enjoy reading the constitution while it lights up our imagination. This work tries to look at things from a different perspective while striving to remain traditional. The Random Notes section had been tried to be restful for the mind, off from politics. It’s just that we can realize that the constitution is actually entertaining.
