About the Book

A common thread that connects us all to the world and each other is the use of our physical senses to experience the energies of the fire element. Working closely with the energies described in astrology of fire-sign children, Rise and Shine—Fire Child is designed to embrace children’s deepest desires in life—passion, motivation, and creativity—through a natural and innocent attraction to transformation. This book has been carefully and beautifully created to capture the natural characteristics and energies of fire-sign children and allow shared connection to their internal and external selves by using a touch of magic, spirituality, and poetry.

About the Author

Veronica Red uniquely expresses her perspective relating to each element using her understanding of the energies earth, fire, and water through astrology, tarot, and spiritual arts. Her fondness of each elemental energy was expressed in her childhood, giving her the loving passion to share with others a way to incorporate and celebrate the connection between our physical senses and our spiritual essences. Her exposure in working with youth seeking support for mental health issues, along with her own children, revealed doubts in sense of self from an early age. She believes this to be caused by heavy past conditioning by a society that encouraged huge changes in our natural templates rather than truly embracing our individual traits. Red’s purpose in writing her stories is to shed light on the need to allow children to use their natural guidance and energies in a supportive environment that embraces them as a whole.
