About the Book

Alice and James Hawthorne, who were orphaned after a tragic automobile accident took the lives of their parents, had settled in the Trentonville Orphanage. With the help of newfound friends, the siblings were able to put an end to the danger, injustice, and deception that had kept all the children there in the grasp of a ruthless headmaster for many years. They, however, discover that putting the cruel headmaster behind bars is not going to stop him from seeking revenge. Will Alice, James, and their friends be able to keep him from getting his vicious claws on the property and the lives of everyone in the orphanage a second time?
