About the Author
Melissa Hall is married to Pershad Hall. They are the proud parents of Akeem, Roshaad, and Abigail. She has earned her Masters in Education at Grand Canyon University and has been working with children for almost ten (10) years. Prior to that she had earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Organizational Management at Nyack College to further propel her career in Corporate America until that all changed while attending a children's service at her place of worship, Oneness Rehoboth Apostolic Church in Mount Vernon, New York. She'd felt an overwhelming sensation that she was called to teach. She has, faithfully, served, since then, in various roles within the Sunday School Ministry and loves every bit of it. Her faith in God and love for children began a dream to write children's books. It took quite a number of years, but she has finally been able to get started. This book emerged from a dream she had a few years ago which has now been birthed. To God be all the glory! She is confident that her faith in God, her relationship with her spiritual, and biological family is what has kept her afloat in this crazy world. She shares her joy of the Lord with whomever will listen. Her aim is to encourage her readers through her writing as she has found much strength in other stories she has read herself. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, 'Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.'
