About the Author

Charlene Thomas grew up in Dominion, a small coal mining town on Cape Breton Island. She has been writing as long as she can remember .e.g. songs, fiction and self care books. She is a published author She has worked in leadership and clinical roles within Mental Health In Nova Scotia . She has been active in her community including helping to establish the Truro Help Line and the Truro Palliative care unit. She lives with her husband of 30 years in North River NS . "My hope is that the message.
