After leaving the Army, he attends Stanford University where he earns a doctorate in physics before proceeding to start a software company which he leads to great success. Yet he is frustrated with the poor governance and incompetent politicians he must deal with which prompts him to decide to run for the highest office in the country, President of the United States. Against all odds he wins and book five tells the story of his massive campaign to turn the country around after the disappointing eight years of Barack Obama.
