This is an action/adventure story about four American ex-servicemen now working in the oil industry, who are happily married, and settled in their life. Their daughters while on an overseas holiday are kidnapped by a ruthless criminal gang who lure young girls into their operation through up market nightclubs and a well organised trafficking network. These particular men have hidden talents developed in warfare and action that have to be resurrected and applied in order to deal with international violent criminals, corrupt Police and a complicated rescue operation. What happens next is a thrilling tale of action, revenge and daring as they attempt to rescue their daughters, disband the crime syndicate and steal their funds while narrowly avoiding an international incident and staying alive.
About the Author
Leigh Bernhardt enjoyed a successful business career in Industrial Relations, Law and Mediation/Arbitration representing some of the world’s biggest companies and running his own consulting business for 14 years and has since retired to concentrate on his writing. During his business career he studied at four Universities and published manuals on Industrial Relations law, Employee Relations and Workplace Health and Safety. Success of these documents relied on his skill in distilling complex laws and regulations into everyday language suitable for use by all persons and businesses. In July 2020 he published a book entitled “Cancer, what they don’t tell you and what you need to know” which has received terrific feedback. His latest novel “The Boys” has some interesting characters ,with unique skills and abilities.
