A life-long avocation of Christian youth ministry and teaching led to the acquisition of a late-in-life Bachelors degree in Management from Ottawa University of Kansas. This soon matriculated into a Masters degree in Management/Leadership from Webster University; soon followed by a Masters degree in Human Resources Management, also from Webster University.
