About the Book

Scott Johnson, and his wife, Carolyn, are raising a very determined son. Tim Johnson is thoroughly enamored with his dad’s position as a sergeant for the South County Police Department. Tim’s goal is to be just like his dad. Consequently, Scott’s every move is observed and admired by his son. But Johnson knows Tim has a lot of growing up to do first. Tim’s goal teaches him a lot about life, but also gets him into situations that would be better left to adults. Question is, will Tim survive to actually become the sworn SCPD officer that is his dream?

About the Author

Ms. Butterfield is California born and raised, and currently resides in a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona…where she lives with her favorite feline friend: Baybee. Romance, integrity, suspense, playfulness and personal growth are all values that play a vital role in her novels. More importantly, the gospel and spiritual growth are also an aspect of life into which she often delves. Ms. Butterfield has written for many years; her first novel having been penned at the age of fourteen. She has also studied writing and journalism, becoming the Editor-In-Chief of the schools newspaper. She is currently working on her 60th novel.
