A nurse and porter arrived to take Kate into the operating theatre two doors away. Ariana kissed Kate goodbye. Dominic stood, “Wait, please!” he said. He leaned over Kate, turned her sleepy head to him, and kissed her lips. “Dream about me taking you to the cinema, sis; I love you forever. He kissed her again, picked up her loose hand and kissed its back and palm. “I’m always here for you, sis; I will never let you fall.” “That is so sweet; I have never heard anyone say that to another person before,” the nurse said looking at Dominic. “We say it all the time when I am mountaineering?” “Where do you climb mountains?” “The Alps when I can get there. Mount Blank once didn’t make it to the top. We had a sudden snowstorm, too dangerous to continue climbing. It was such a shame.” “How far did you get from the top?” the nurse asked him. “Fifty meters,” Dominic replied. He smiled at her, a smile in the eyes of a boy much older than his years. He had been taught to climb mountains and vertical ascents, and with another climber on the end of his rope, if he went, both would die. Kate turned and looked at her mother and the young boy at her side. “Dominic?” “Sis, I’m here; what is it?” “Thanks for getting Mum to agree to you taking me to the pictures; love you, bro.” Dominic leaned into her, holding her hand tight in his. “I love you, sis. A bag of popcorn each, okay?” He kissed her lips again. “I promise with my life that I will never let you fall,” he whispered to her. Her eyes closed, and she was taken from the room. Dominic looked at Arianna as she crossed her legs beside him. He placed her hand on her wrist as his finger took her pulse. She looked at the young boy at her side. “Who took you to Mount Blank?” “My father taught me to climb as part of my training for this project. I can climb a vertical building with Kate hanging onto my neck with her hands.” “Did you actually climb Mount Blank?” Arianna asked. “Three times, I got to the top on each climb and was the lead climber on the third climb. I’m in a Russian young climbing club. We climb all over the world. I haven't had a go at Everest yet, but I think I might get there one day, even if I have to fly my own jet. “Can you fly?” “Yes, a small jet, balloon, glider, and helicopter. I jumped off a cliff with a flight suit, and when you spread your arms, you have a pair of wings; that was awesome. Kate, I would never let her fall. I promise you on my heart; I will gladly die in her place.” Arianna smoothed his face with the palm of her hand. “Let us hope not; replacing you would be very hard. Do you realise that if we take this to its end, you will be with her all your life?” “That Mother will not be hard at all, and I will always look after my sister.” Dominic looked at the man in the doorway. “Who are you?” he bluntly asked. “I’m Kate’s surgeon, Mr Grayson. I was held up, and I’ve just got here.” Dominic stood; his pulse was rising. “Who is Mr Pearson? He said he’s Kate’s surgeon.” “No, I am her surgeon.” Dominic was across the room. He had withdrawn his gun and was screwing a silencer onto the end of the barrel. He looked at the three doors ahead and opened each set of double doors. The third was where Kate was; he looked ahead of him and swallowed the lump in his throat; everything went through his head that Sir Reece and the police had taught him. He raised his gun and held it in both hands. “Step away from her. NOW!” he bellowed. The anaesthetist looked around to see Dominic as both nurses shrieked and put their hands in the air. “Move away from Kate now.” “Look, kid, put the play gun down. This has nothing to do with you,” the surgeon replied. “Kate is mine. She is my responsibility, and I will not allow her to fall to her death. You will have to kill me. Are you right or left-handed?” “Right, why?” Mr Pearson asked. “Hold up your left hand and splay your fingers. You nurse, give me a number between one and five. Hurry.” Dominic took out his phone and fast-dialled Christine. “Hello, who is this?” a girl asked. “It’s Dominic. I’m with Kate. We have a problem. I’m putting you on speaker. You, do you speak Russian?” he asked the anaesthetist. “Uggggg No, sorry,” the anaesthetist replied. “Tell my girlfriend everything you have given Kate, Christine. I need to know if it's good or bad before I kill two men in here.” Dominic turned, looking at the anaesthetist. “You tell my girlfriend everything you have put into Kate’s body right now, or you die along with him.” “You haven’t got the guts to pull the trigger.” Mr Pearson replied in Russian. “Number now?” Dominic bellowed at the nurse. “Four.” The nurse replied. Dominic moved the gun fast, still holding it with two hands. He slowly increased the pulling strength in pounds of pressure on the trigger. There was a pop and then a scream as the surgeon was holding his left hand. He looked at his hand; his fourth finger was missing his wedding ring on the floor with his finger. It was pumping out blood. “Who sent you?” Dominic demanded to know. “I will never tell you,” the surgeon replied, holding his left hand, amazed the kid shot him and blew off his fourth finger. Dominic moved the gun and pulled the trigger twice; the man was in agony, holding his left shoulder. “Christine, what has he told you?”

About the Author
Sarah Henley is Transgender age 73. She only writes about things she herself has endured in her tortured life. Her planned life was taken away from her by the intervention of war. She is a Fellow of the BIS and follows Space. She is primarily a Cosmologist with 5 degrees and 3 MAs All in Science. She has struggled with a rare bone cancer for 15 years and lost her left leg to cancer in 2015. Now she writes from her wheelchair still in chronic pain. She used to write pure SF now she writes Romance with a lot of action. She uses things she has done in the war to help write her books. All her sex scenes she has endured as a submissive or agreed with but she has done everything. She is willing to learn to write and while 18 spent two months learning about bondage and how the German SS treated women and men in France in WW2 just so she could write about how these people felt and went through everything they did including she said of the terror of being left naked suspended hands handcuffed behind your back while your Dominants walked away for three days.
Sarah said what the women had done to them was horrendous, but she had to endure it or how could she write for the German SS and Gestapo officers who survived WW2, had formed clubs in Germany. Sarah told me, she would rather endure their pain and agony, and write properly about what was done to them, their feelings, than have the men take women off the street and put them through it. Sarah wrote 14 novels, a prolific writer, one book a month translated into German.
Most of her life from 1971 to 2010 is classified. But she writes from her experience and there is some of her in all her books. KATE she said is like her baby she has shed a lot of tears over.
Sarah still has a cancer of her right kidney. They will decide upon its future later this year. It is one organ you do not want to just discard.
Sarah does not like sleeping, she told me she has no control of her dreams and so she would rather write all night than sleep. At least while conscious, she is in control of her mind. Your subconscious can be another form of HELL. She recalls times she was raped and beat almost to death. They are not the kind of dreams you wish to experience in your worst nightmares.
She has been synesthesia since the age of 5. Since she was 4, she has been able to recall every life she has had on Earth. Is it a blessing or curse? I loved being pregnant and I have loved all my children and husbands. Death she said is nothing to fear. You are here one minute there the next. It does not hurt when you die. Your Soul, Oh you most definitely have a Soul it is what carries your life here. That is downloaded to your file, your Soul and mind are wiped and you are back here. In this life Sarah has died 5 times for up to 23 minutes and been sent back by an Entity she calls Death. Non-human. What would you expect? She said each time she begged not to be sent back but Death returned her to do more work she would not like and IT would see her again soon.
In her life for her change, and being a person who was wanted by others to change and make Normal, she has attempted suicide 20 times. One day she hopes we can accept everyone as their own person and not a monster. We are not Monsters, just another Human sent into the wrong body. She hates war, persecution, rape disfigurement of women in the name of GOD. If GOD wanted women that way don’t you think IT would have made them that way in the first place?
These so called Priests who want to blow our kids up in the name of GOD. Disfigure our women, they do it to please themselves. They have no idea what is waiting for them on the other side. It will most definitely Blow their Minds Away. Eternity can be a very long time in a box with no doors or windows.
Sarah hopes to see a woman step foot on Mars in this life. Then she said laughing, we can send all persecuted women there, and they will be safe. NO men allowed. We will take the male aliens who live in the next system out.
