About the Author
Carlos E. Perez the self-proclaimed "The Mozart of Authors" is an alumnus of the Electrical Engineering Department at California State U., Los Angeles. Carlos has received many honors and recognitions for his community work, including recognition as a community leader by the City of Los Angeles, California U.S., the honor to dissertate his work at The Harvard Faculty Lounge, granted official representation of the University of El Salvador and its College of Engineering, and was appointed as “Distinguished Citizen of El Salvador 2004” by COFECA in California, U.S. Carlos received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from California State U., Los Angeles in Electrical Engineering and a certificate of expertise in Circuits and Electronics from MITx through edX. He worked for five years at Lockheed Martin and Raytheon as a software engineer designing, developing, and implementing innovative digital signal processing algorithms in the area of Synthetic Aperture Radar. He is currently an adjunct professor at Los Angeles City College.
