About the Author

Max Clarke is a retired high school principal and lives with his wife in Cottesloe, a seaside suburb of Perth, Western Australia. They have two married sons and four grandchildren. Max was introduced to Westerns by his family in his teen years. He was brought up on a literary diet from authors such as Charles Alden Seltzer and Zane Grey, His favourite good guy is Buck Duane and his favourite villain is Poggin.
