About the Book

This is the first book of Brok’s adventures. It tells of his hatching at the same time as the royal queen’s egg, his growing up to become a sentinel dragon, and his forbidden chance meeting with Tula. The two of them are whirled out of Dragon World, after Brok is involved in a fight with another dragon. They are sucked into the Sea of Winds and hurled onto the Blue Yonda. This undiscovered land is where they find a long-lost clan of dragons, who teaches them how to save Dragon World from the ice boulders. Brok eventually returns to Dragon World with Tula, where he gains the royal family’s approval to become Tula’s partner. The clan returns to be reunited with their loved ones, and Dragon World is saved. Strange things then start to happen. Tula shows some unusual behaviour and is sent into a trance, which Brok desperately tries to snap her out of. This fails and Tula plunges to the ground over the Blue Yonda. Brok’s heart is broken. Fire-dragons and sentinels, which included Argon and Egan, rally around to engage a search party to look for Tula. When they return to the Blue Yonda, they come across an ancient, Francis a giant white dragon of Yonda, Crystals that have been hidden by ice for thousands of moons. Brok saves Tula’s life. Spirit dragons are summoned with the help of Francis and the moon. They find out that Tula, the white dragons, the crystals, and the moon all have something in common and a magical secret that could benefit the Blue Yonda and in turn Dragon World.

About the Author

I am forty-four and have four children. The two youngest have special needs. My youngest a girl has Down’s Syndrome. When she was born, she needed a lot of help from the medical profession. Without Harefield Hospital she would not be here today. The youngest lad has ADHD, AS, and is dyspraxic. He copes with life so well. He is always smiling despite the trouble and teasing he gets from folks around him. My children mean the world to me. I do wax and watercolour paintings as a hobby and wrote the story around for my family. I live in one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to and am so thankful for that.
