About the Book

Everyone knows that fairies live at the bottom of the garden but at the bottom of Mr. Grubb’s garden, lives a loveable and absent minded witch called Dotty. The Council of Magic and Wizardry have sent four magical cats to live with her as they can’t possibly allow any rumples (humans) to know about their world of magic. Travel with Dotty and the Fix-It-Cats to an amazing new world of magic and wonder. About the Author

Born in N.S.W in the early1950’s my mother instilled in me the love of the written word. I could read by the time I was three and often sat with a dictionary to learn a new word. My high school English teacher encouraged me to write and planted the seed for my future. Having worked in the retail book industry I realized that children need to read more and create their own world through experience with the written word. As a published illustrator and exhibiting artist, I enjoy bringing the magic of our world to life through stories and art.
