Doc’ Phillips has woven together a story which lends insight into his own world. His experiences now become your experiences. As a physician, soldier, firefighter/paramedic and Director of the Maryland State Police Medical Operations Section, he gives the excitement of his real world to a fictional journey offered by this first book.
