About the Book

Long ago one third of heaven's host made a fateful decision and fell from grace. Now one of these fallen angels has crossed over into our world from its fiery prison. Drawn by a teenaged outcast to the area around Mount Spokane in Washington state, this ancient enemy of man and God finds itself free to act upon its destructive impulses. The demon dreams of bringing about the downfall of all humanity, and six high schoolers are all that stand in its way. Confronted by a force beyond imagining, Margo and her friends are fighting for more than their lives; they are fighting for their eternal souls. When a mysterious priest arrives to help their spirits are lifted, but even Father Leo may not be able to repel the tide of death that is washing in. All of them will soon be put to the test, and to fail is to die. Margo and the old priest will join forces in the final mad dash to stop the demon, but will they survive long enough to learn that the only thing they have to fear is Fear Itself?
