Many books are written about relationships, less on how to find one. Thus begins Back in the Dating Game as it answers these important questions and more. Beginning by examining our best dating environment of the past, it proceeds to define where we may recapture this today, discussing such topics as ...
The three characteristics of a good place to meet people.
How you may be avoiding one of the best places to meet someone. Fully half of the people surveyed met someone here.
Perhaps the second best way to meet someone. The author met twenty-five percent of his dates this way.
One of the fastest growing meeting places, sure to do nothing but grow more in the future.
Some safety precautions you might take in this new dating world.
Illustrating these points and more through many true life examples, John describes and evaluates each place, offering tips and insights along the way. Upbeat and helpful throughout, he shows how you, too, can get back in the dating game.

About the Author
John Roberts has diverse interests, writing books and articles on smoking cessation, relationships, sailing, humorous slice of life stories and most recently, an illustrated book of spunky tree-like cartoon characters named the WoodChips. Continually researching self-improvement, he's not just a theory man, frequently acting on his own advice. Such was the case as he broke a lifelong smoking habit prior to writing Stop Smoking Gradually. As John says, I smoked my last cigarette at exactly 3:00 PM on Wednesday, January 10, 1995, but who's counting? Re-entering the dating game in the mid-eighties after divorce, true to form, he successfully researched and tried many methods and places to meet someone. Thus was born his recent book Back in the Dating Game. Similarly, in The Log of the Saline Solution, he describes sailing his boat alone off the Florida Keys on the far side of Tropical Storm Keith one Thanksgiving. He calls his eventual arrival into port the thankfullest ever and has submitted this new word citation to Merriam-Webster for their consideration. A resident of the St. Louis area, John's fields of formal study are in business, computer information systems technology and photography. He's an Information Systems Project Manager by trade. Believing every day to be a gift and adventure, he notes his favorite phrase is to love life and so learn its meaning.
