About the Book

Lace, an adopted teen, is having maturation problems. Totally unprepared, she is maturing as a vampiress, and flees her comfortable suburban life. She's drawn into a gritty hell of hand-to-mouth living with a healthy helping of murder on the side. Follow her as she encounters cultists, cops, criminals, crazies, and even romance, struggling towards something like sanity and personal redemption even as the world around her appears to be shaking itself apart.
