About the Author

Patrick Pifher is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, kayaking, rappelling and other outdoor activities. His dream to hike the entire Appalachian Trail garnered support from family and friends. Determination and desire fueled this dream into reality and has become one of his greatest achievements. Patrick resides in Ohio and looks forward to the endless challenges and excitement that hiking offers.
