About the Author

David Schnebly is an Aerospace and Electronics industry executive whose career has spanned some  four and one half decades, all in high technology research and development activity.  His experience covers a wide spectrum of technical  projects from off-road trucks and stealth aircraft to electronic warfare and  telecommunications .  He has held executive positions with Hiller Aircraft, Lockheed Aircraft and Command Systems Group and was president of his own consulting firm, F. David Associates, Inc. where he specialized in setting up Research and Development activities at a number of large  and small high tech companies in the U.S. and abroad.  He is retired today and lives in Menlo Park, California.
