About the Book
A Search for Identity: The Unfolding of an Unknown Past relates the miracles in one sexually abused child’s life. Through a church foster agency, she was able to function as a person who has seen crises, love, encouragement and opportunity. She became a registered nurse. Many successes were hers as a young person and many came later as life progressed. Without the detailed files of hers and her father’s life, this book could not have been written. Through her social worker, Mrs. Smalley and her notes, the author came to see the kaleidoscope of forgotten incidences and forgotten people.
