About the Book

When he was fourteen years old, Bobby Mathison killed his sister with a ball peen hammer. He believed he did the right thing. After spending too much of his life working the underside of international intelligence, assassination and intrigue, Maxwell Harmon, known as ‘Harm’ to his few friends, retired to a quiet place in the Costa Rican rainforest. Max makes one of his rare telephone calls home to San Diego and learns that his brother has become the next victim of this unknown killer. With anger and a desire for revenge in one hand; skill and resources in the other, Max returns to the United States to do what the police have not been able to do. He is going to show his brother’s killer what it means to ‘walk in Harm’s way’.

About the Author

Charles Coker is a seasoned adventure traveler who has spent time in Europe, the Middle East, Central America and the Far East. He is a licensed private investigator, insurance investigator and was a Russian Language Specialist for the United States Government. His hobbies include white-water rafting and sea kayaking. This is his first novel.
