Lee Roy Neal. born in a tent on a Texas Prairie January 5, 1913. At age 14, both parents died and he went to live with a distant relative in Dallas, Texas. He managed to attend the University of North Texas where he received three degrees. He taught public school for 40 years. He came out of retirement in 1998 and began as a Substitute teacher where he is still teaching at 92.
