About the Book

D. B. Strand writes fiction. The characters are interesting and likable, the locales diverse, the story lines, concise and well defined. You are taken from New England, to the Great Depression years in Oklahoma, to a tongue-in-cheek view of heaven and hell, to New York and Paris and back again. Love, devotion, rage, fantasy, murder and sex are all touched on the pages of the stories. It would best be said that the stories are interesting, intriguing, and make for a very enjoyable read. About the Author

D. B. Strand is a veteran musician/songwriter/composer of more than thirty years. He has performed in venues from New York City to San Francisco, as well as appearing on several recordings. He has been the recipient of nine awards while acting as writer/producer on many educational videos and television and radio public service announcements. Now, semi-retired, he has focused his notable writing skills on the short story, which he studied in college. He resides in South St. Paul Minnesota and is kept company by his closest friends, his piano, his guitar and his typewriter.
