About the Book

Gems are something most people consider to be precious. In each poem there can be found certain “gems” that I consider very precious, and I want to share a few of them with many others. I hope as you read these poems, you will discover the hidden treasures in each one. And if you hadn’t already discovered, the most precious Treasure (it’s God’s Son), I hope you will do so, before the day is done.

About the Author

My name is Jeannie Bishop Bergland. I was born in Huntsville, AL. I now live in Texas with my husband, Robin, and my daughter, Julie. I met the illustrator for this book at Refuge Station, a wonderful Bible study and prayer group. My prayer is, that this story will bless all those who read it.
