Being from the northeast USA my work is influenced by all seasons - and every person falls in love many times. The love poems herein were inspired by and written for a man I have yet to meet. Thinking of him helped me through a recent difficult time. Those tiny thoughts of love became my poems. The images accompanying each will assist in transporting your thoughts to a new plane. Perhaps I will meet this man and be able to tell him. If not, no one will ever know the identity of the person to whom this book is dedicated. So, for now, more poems will follow. About the Author

Thank you for taking an interest in my books. I am known as Ricki to friends. My writings encompass a variety of facinations based on my own life’s experiences and endeavors. As you will read, those include language, writing, drama, public speaking, diverse literary subjects and a desire to utilize the language as it was meant to be. Martial Arts have been the essence of half my soul most of my life - Karate, Judo, advanced Hwa Rang Do techniques - some weapons and firearms, as well. Once I discovered a knack for the Security field. Decades of dedication to that ( real Security ) allow me to claim countless accomplishments, honoring my ability to lead and achieve unique undertakings usually credited only to trained police officers. Of course, other life-long interests are all those things women do - cooking, baking, keeping house, gardening, caring for children, animal care, collecting pretty things. I hope I do these experiences justice by presenting tranquility to someone out there who may be persevering a secret love, a true love, a broken heart, or a not-so-good situation or perhaps, just entertainment of fantasy. Recently something happened to me that resulted in a constant flow of thoughts. As long as the thoughts keep coming, I will continue writing. Cordially, Ricki
