About the Author
Michael de Porres Dais is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Model who graduated from McGill-Toolen Catholic High in Mobile, Alabama. Michael received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Montevallo in English & Language Arts, and he served in the U.S. Army Reserve Chemical Corps. Michael has worked with hundreds of clients as a trainer for over 15 years, and his techniques combine health/ fitness knowledge, motivational psychology, and diversified bodybuilding methods. Michael has modeled for NBC Marketing, Sony Entertainment, SuperClubs “Ultimate Men of Hedonism” 2002 Calendar and hosted “Ms. Red Hot Superbowl” 2002 Bikini Competition.
