A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and former resident of Los Angeles, California, R. Marie Flakes now resides in Buffalo, New York with her loving and supportive husband. A graduate of Empire State College in New York, she has three handsome sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law, as well as a smart, talented and handsome grandson. Her aspirations and dreams are to both spiritually and socially inspire those with whom she physically comes in contact, and to leave an indelibly good impression, especially through her book(s), on those with whom no contact is made.
